In accordance with SEBI guidelines, this Investor Charter sets out the vision, mission, services and rights of investors availing research services from Relitrade.
1. Vision
To provide transparent, research-backed advisory that helps retail investors make informed, disciplined decisions in the securities market.
2. Mission
To deliver unbiased, well-researched recommendations with clear entry, target and stop-loss levels, and to uphold the highest standards of compliance and investor protection.
3. Services Provided
Rule-based equity baskets, techno-funda research reports, buy/sell recommendations, and real-time alerts via SMS, WhatsApp and app — offered strictly on a research-advisory basis.
4. Rights of Investors
To receive research free of any assurance of returns; to be informed of all fees upfront; to fair, honest and non-misleading communication; and to timely grievance redressal.
5. Do's and Don'ts
Do: read all disclosures, verify SEBI registration, and invest as per your risk profile. Don't: act on unsolicited tips, expect guaranteed returns, or share your trading credentials with anyone.
6. Grievance Redressal
