Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscriptions to Relitrade's research advisory services and product baskets. By subscribing you agree to the terms below.
1. Subscription Fees
All advisory subscription fees are collected in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly, half-yearly or annual). Fees are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
As per SEBI Research Analyst regulations, advisory fees are generally non-refundable once research services have been rendered. A pro-rata refund may be considered only where services could not be provided due to reasons attributable to Relitrade.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment via support@relitrade.in with your registered details.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.
5. No Guarantee of Returns
Subscriptions purchase access to research and recommendations only. They do not guarantee profits. Refunds are not provided on the basis of investment losses or unrealised recommendations.
